The office of Student Support Service is responsible for providing information technology services to the university community. These services include; 

• Project Management 

• Business Process-analysis 

• Bolt-on application development for the University's enterprise business systems and stand alone business applications. 

• Develop software solutions to integrate enterprise systems with desktop systems, including MS Office applications 

• Web Application Development and Support 

• Support for the University's Data Warehouse Reporting and Analysis Tools 

• Development of business system training material and programs. 

• First-Level Support 

Enterprise business systems supported include Financial Aid (SAM), the Student Billing and Receivables System (BRS), Telecom, and Housing.
