About Enterprise Applications

The Enterprise Applications group was created in October 2003 by the merger of the Administrative Computing department of Educational and Information Technology (EIT) and the Business Systems Support department of Finance and Administration when EIT and Finance and Administration merged to form the Division of Finance, Technology, and Operations. The EA group consists of about twenty software developers, organized into four teams and concentrating on application development and maintenance of software applications that run the business of the University. The applications supported include student, finance, and human resources information systems, e-commerce for the University, and data warehousing. Most of our systems are large in scope and size, although there are some departmental-class applications that we develop and support.
