Imaging System User Documentation

Some departments at the University of Toledo utilize Documentum's (formerly Legato's) imaging software. The products used at the University are ApplicationXtender, ScanXtender and WebXtender. The UT departments actively using Documentum software for document image storage and retrieval are the Registrar's Office, the Admissions Office and the Graduate School Office. The Undegraduate Admissions Office also utilizes Readsoft's Eyes & Hands software to process admissions applications.  Following is a list of available documentation for the various pieces of the imaging system.
