Projects and Project Management

All work performed by the Enterprise Applications group is tracked and prioritized in our Project Management System. Standard reports are available to help users understand how our development efforts are allocated.

Online help request form

Complete our online help request form to start a new project, report a problem, or ask for changes to our existing enterprise systems.

System management teams

"Small" projects (those under eight hours' effort) and production downtime problems are worked on outside of the system management team structure. Production problems take priority over all other work. Projects that are bigger than a day's effort are prioritized by the system management teams. Please contact the chair of the appropriate management team for more information about getting your projects prioritized.

  • SIS Management Team (Kathy Page, chair) - SIS (except for BRS and HSG)

  • SAM Management Team (Carol Baumgartner, chair) - SAM

  • Student Billing and Receivables Management Team (Kim Hall-Sprague, chair) - BRS, HSG, AIMS, and Rocket Card

  • FRS Management Team (Rick Kessler, chair) - FRS, GAS

  • HRS Management Team (Rick Kessler, chair) - HRS

The management teams are subsidiaries of the Administrative Computing Advisory Subcommittee (Lorinda Bishop, chair). This group is responsible for setting the overall strategy, priorities, and direction for administrative information systems. Please visit the ACAC website for further information.
