All work performed by the Enterprise Applications group is tracked and prioritized in our Project Management System.
Standard reports are available to help users understand how our development efforts are allocated.

System management teams
"Small" projects (those under eight hours' effort) and production downtime problems are worked on outside of the
system management team structure. Production problems take priority over all other work. Projects that are bigger than a
day's effort are prioritized by the system management teams. Please contact the chair of the appropriate management
team for more information about getting your projects prioritized.

group is responsible for setting the overall strategy, priorities, and direction for administrative information systems. Please
